ION-X™ products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required.

30 Day Exchange
In the event that you received incorrect merchandise; the item is different than what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style, we will gladly exchange it for another item. Simply return the unworn, undamaged merchandise with the original packaging and proof of purchase provided during the purchase process.

60 Day Warranty of Manufacturer Defect
ION-X™, LLC offers a 60 day warranty that protects any product to be free from defects. Simply provide us with proof of purchase, and we will be happy to exchange it.

ION-X™ warrants all wristbands and other products to be free from material defects in design for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the ION-X Wristband from Ionxwear.com or its authorized resellers. This warranty does not cover any damage due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, and ION-X™ reserves the right, before having any obligation under this warranty, to refuse such products.

If your product develops a defect within the first 30 days we will send you out a replacement. This cover includes if your band snaps or if the hologram cover comes away from the band. These two effects can occasionally happen if there is a manufacturing defect in either of them. As a rule your band will last much longer than this and in 99.9% of bands they do.
